The Employment and Training Corporation has reminded the public that any employee working without an engagement form filled in by his/her employer will be deemed as working illegally.

Employers need to comply with the provisions of LN110 of 1993 by informing the ETC every time they recruit or terminate a person from their employment.

The public is urged to report any abuse on its freephone service 8007 6501. Anonymity is guaranteed on this number.
