Re/Max Malta is organising a series of training courses for its sales associates and is offering a possibility to prospective sales associates to join one of their offices before the courses start, between June 11 and 14.
Giving details about these training courses, regional director Kevin Buttigieg explained the concept behind Re/Max.
"Our years of experience are essential to ensure that every client is given a personalised service and is treated with the utmost professionalism at each stage of property selection. These courses aim to instil these principles among present and future Re/Max associates, managers and franchise holders, offering them every preparation to move ahead in their careers within the real estate business."
The first training course, Your Re/Max career, is aimed at new and established sales associates wanting to launch a career with Re/Max. Consisting of six modules, the topics address Building a foundation; Building your business; Preparing a presentation; Vendor presentation; Working with buyers; and Succeed. The programme starts at 8 a.m. and continues till 3.30 p.m. between Monday, June 11, and Wednesday, June 13.
Another specialised course is also being provided namely, Your Re/Max franchise. This course is aimed at local Re/Max franchise owners and management, providing insight on how best to run a Re/Max office. The training course will also run between June 11 and 13, between 4.30 and 7.30 p.m.
A full-day programme will be held on Thursday, June 14, for management and franchise owners on 'Success by design'.
The training programme will come to a close on June 14 at 7.30 p.m. when prospective associates will be hosted to a presentation called "60 minutes with Re/Max". This open-to-all presentation, provides interested individuals with all the information they need to know in order to decide if they would be interested to join Re/Max or not. The presentation will be introduced by regional director Kevin Buttigieg, paving the way to the delivery, which will be given by international trainer Edwin Markus.
Mr Markus started at an early age in the real estate business, established in 1963 by his parents. He said: "During all the years of being involved as agent, entrepreneur and trainer, I have come to know many aspects of the business. Professional, independent and reliable are the keywords in my present service to professional associates and broker owners. Through permanent education, I retain the capability to successfully be of service to those associates and broker owners who aspire to provide maximum service to customers to build a flourishing business in the real estate, now and in the future."
A presentation will also be made by the regional director and owner of Re/Max Netherlands, Felix De Witt. Two associate and franchise owners will also be sharing their personal experience with Re/Max with those present. A reception will bring the evening to an end.
