Roaming charges

David Casa, Simon Busuttil and Joe Saliba have failed to mention Joseph Muscat's major negotiating role as rapporteur on EU-wide roaming charges. Mr Muscat's negotiating skills will translate into yearly consumer savings running into billions of euros. Is this an integral part of these three gentlemen's work for the "national interest". Sorry I forgot...this is surely the "new way of doing politics", as promised by their Prime Minister.

How did they vote when Mr Muscat's proposal was called?
