Following last year's undisputed launch, the second Coca-Cola X-fm Music Festival will take centre stage this summer on Saturday, July 21.

Malta's most wanted summer deejay, Bob Sinclar, has chosen this festival to be part of his tour yet again. This event is going to be held at Gianpula Fields.

Headlined by internationally renowned French DJ Bob Sinclar, the house main arena will also feature UK Ministry of Sound deejays who will attend the event together with a team of 200 clubbers from London.

The main arena will also feature top local deejays such as Mahoney, Stevy Vee, Owen Jay, Steve Caesar and more, accompanied by Malta's leading club music percussionists.

But that's not all! We've got more surprises up our sleeves for other world renowned stars will perform alongside French master Bob Sinclar on the night. Headlined by top local bands, a rock tent will be set up on the night. The rock arena will feature the crème de la crème of Malta's leading local gurus. The event will start at9 a.m., thus allowing an extensive line-up of artistes. An ethnic market and an international cuisine restaurant will also be set up to embellish the whole of Gianpula Fields. Re-live the nostalgia of the 1960s and 1970s with actual fire-jugglers and a line-up of VW campers, gypsy-style that will create a flower-power ambience, giving patrons the time to chill out in this 10-hour long festival. Some of these groovy VW kombi vans have been around since the 1950s, with changes to the shape in the 1960s and early 1970s.

The campers might all look the same but we suggest you take some time to have a closer look and you may notice many differences - no two campers are the same, plus they will sure put a smile on your face with their cheerful character! Furthermore, stalls will be selling a variety of ethnic crafts, jewellery and musical instruments from India, Africa, Argentina and Asia, all provided by local travellers.
