I would like to express my gratitude to the BritishJet cabin crew on our flight on Tuesday, May 22 from Manchester to Malta.

After one hour we had a medical emergency on board. A lady felt sick and went unconscious.

The rapid intervention of Clifford Scorey, Stephanie Mercieca and the rest of the crew was exceptional. They responded in a very professional way to the seriousness of this case.

The passenger was immediately given oxygen which helped her gain consciousness after a while and was medically treated by one of the crew members and a nurse that happened to be on board until our arrival in Malta.

Well done for their professionalism and dedication!
