Customers charter

Middlesea Valletta Life Assurance Co. Ltd (MSV) has issued a Treating Customers Fairly Charter.

The charter outlines MSV's key commitments to its customers and the standards of service customers can expect to receive from the company.

The charter explains MSV's corporate identity, mission statement and business philosophy and covers areas such as corporate responsibility, dealing with customers, customer privacy, proposal and application forms, claims, with-profits investments, complaints procedure and service commitments.
