The Richmond Foundation will be holding an Open Weekend at Villa Chelsea this weekend to mark the opening of the rehabilitation facility in May 1996 and also to raise awareness on mental health and mental health services. The Open Weekend was opened by Dolores Cristina, Minister for the Family and Social Solidarity, yesterday. The event will also serve as a way of raising funds for the Richmond Foundation, a non-governmental, non-profit making organisation.
