Can the responsible authorities let us know when the trench dug up across the road at Ta' Qali next to Pitkali Road will be re-surfaced? This trench was dug up about two months ago and since then no one has bothered to finish the job. I do hope that this means the whole road will be built again.

The trench is getting deeper by the hour. Unfortunately this has reduced the already sorry state of this road to a much worse one for the large number of drivers that have to pass through this road every day. I simply cannot understand how the public works department seem to be immune from all the strict regulations that govern the environment we live in every day as opposed to private individuals who must abide by the law or face penalties.
