Students bypassed

Apart from the need for a bus shelter, I would like to point out that the new bus stop for routes 56, 58 and 145 near the university is being skipped repeatedly by most drivers.

Instead of going round the Msida circus roundabout to pick up university students, a lot of bus drivers on their way uphill from Msida head straight for the Birkirkara bypass leaving us students stranded in the sun for another hour until the next bus comes along. By that time, twice as many people would have accumulated on the bus stop.

Are drivers doing this because they don't know about this new addition to the bus route or are they doing it purposely not to overload their buses with university students?
