Courier service

I refer to a recent letter by Romano Cassar of Naxxar, regarding Maltapost's courier service, wherein Mr Cassar refers to what he terms as inconvenient delivery times for this service.

I would like to point out that last year Maltapost customised its redirection service whereby this service has been expanded to offer a wider choice of options, among which our customers can now opt to redirect only letter packets to another address, even to a place of work. These additional options are meant to make it more convenient for clients to receive their mail.

Another solution, particularly if the addressee receives bulky items on a regular basis, would be for the addressee to enlarge his/her letter box to allow for delivery of these items.
