Finland and Norway were handed extra UEFA Cup places next season following a Fair Play draw by UEFA yesterday.

Ten associations - Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Wales, Switzerland, Slovakia, England and France - went into the hat for two first qualifying round places.

Sweden, who finished top of the UEFA Fair Play ranking for the 2006-07 campaign, Norway and Finland are entitled to enter the club who won their domestic top-flight Fair Play league.
