The Society for Scale Modellers will be holding their annual exhibition between May 19 and 26 at The Air Battle for Malta Hangar, at The Aviation Museum, Ta' Qali from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The exhibition includes scale models of aircraft, ships, cars, motorcycles, armoured fighting vehicles, figurines and scale dioramas portraying historical subjects from various eras.

Two life-size aircraft, namely the Supermarine Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane, which were the main allied protagonists in the Air Battle for Malta in World War II, as well as a Bofors anti-aircraft gun, will be among the items on display.

Members of the society will give talks about scale modelling and other topics related to this hobby. Timings of these sessions will be available on www.ipmsmalta.com.
