On Tuesday the De La Salle Brothers community will celebrate the feast of its founder, St John Baptist de la Salle, who is also the patron saint of teachers. This year, a special activity will be held at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre at Ta' Qali.

Teachers and students from the three local Lasallian schools - De La Salle College, Stella Maris College and St Benild - will meet at Ta' Qali and take part in the event, which also includes the celebration of Mass by the Bishop of Gozo, Mgr Mario Grech.

All members of the Lasallian family, parents, past students and former teachers of the colleges are invited to this activity, which starts at 9 a.m.
