Spend and win with BoV cards at <i>Notte Gozitana</i>

Bank of Valletta is not only supporting Lejlet Lapsi - Notte Gozitana as a main sponsor, but has also launched a promotion that seeks to add to the efforts of the organisers to make the event a success.

The bank announced that, between Friday and Sunday it is launching a new initiative that aims to reward debit and credit cardholders while generating increased business activity in Gozo.

The promotional initiative consists of a lottery open to all BoV cardholders who visit Gozo during the Lejlet Lapsi - Notte Gozitana weekend.

To participate in the lottery, cardholders simply have to pay for purchases made at retail outlets in Gozo with a BoV debit or credit card. Just one transaction effected while shopping or dining will automatically render the cardholder eligible to win back the amount spent (winnings will not exceed Lm50. Terms and conditions apply and are available on the BoV Website www.bov.com).

Gozo merchants also have the opportunity to win a travel package for two persons to a holiday destination of their choice when they process a minimum of five transactions on the BoV EPOS terminal network during this promotion.

While launching the new initiative, Tonio Depasquale, chief executive officer at Bank of Valletta, said this was yet another example of BoV's continuous support of local arts and culture, as well as its commitment to help generate increased economic activity and tourism in Gozo.
