Malta Association of Women in Business conference

The Malta Association of Women in Business plans to celebrate International Women in Business on Friday with a half-day conference at the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, St Julian's.

Apart from the addresses, for the second year running local councils are being asked to participate by nominating one Woman in Business from each council.

The Women in Business nominated by the councils will be presented with a certificate by Investments Minister Austin Gatt.

The MAWB was set up to promote the interests of businesswomen by providing information to them, supporting them and encouraging more women to set up in business.
