A total of 6,110 MRI scans and 14,503 CT scans were carried out at St Luke's Hospital last year, Health Minister Louis Deguara said.

The minister told Labour MP Chris Agius in reply to a parliamentary question that another MRI scan and 90 CT scans were carried out in private clinics on patients referred by state hospitals.
