Who is the shiniest of them all?

Girls with beautiful shiny hair will be scouted along the streets of Malta in a nationwide search for the Pantene Hair of the Year.

Speaking during the local launch of the hair line's new image at the Valletta Waterfront's Re-store, television personality Andrea Cassar announced that Carina and Pierre Camille will be scouring the streets of Malta and Gozo over the coming six weeks, keeping their eyes open for potential candidates. Great shiny hair and the ability to shine through at all times are must-haves for the winner.

Amaury Marchandise, distributor operations manager for Malta, Libya and Tunisia for Pantene's mother company P&G Beauty, pointed out how a good hair day makes women feel on top of the world while a bad hair day can have the opposite effect.
