Wines for each palate

The Hilton in St Julians is offering a selection of 30 wines in their wine list.

To commemorate this new selection, the hotel has chosen five wines produced by Marsovin and cut their price by 50 per cent. This offer will last for six months.

The wines chosen are produced from locally-grown grapes, namely 1919 white, made from a blend of chardonnay and girgentina; the Gozitan Ulysses Syrah, a full-bodied dry red wine of a black fruit character with peppery and earthy hints; Antonin Blanc, Marsovin's premium white wine produced from chardonnay grapes harvested from the Ramla Valley estate in Gozo; Cassar de Malte, a wine produced from the Wardija Valley estate, made with chardonnay grapes using the Methode Traditionnelle; and the Cheval Franc, made with a blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah, which are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
