DuPont named official BMW Sauber supplier

DuPont de Nemours is extending its partnership with the BMW Sauber F1 Team and will be supporting the team as an official supplier with immediate effect.

DuPont became a Promotional Partner of the team in May 2006, since when it has worked in close collaboration with the BMW Sauber F1 Team on research and development.

BMW Motorsport Director Mario Theissen said: We are delighted with this extended involvement and with the research exchange we have enjoyed so far with DuPont. We will continue to steadily develop our strategic partnership.
