A lot has been said and written about the one-way system in Swieqi. Some are in favour; others are against. But it seems that the major bone of contention was Triq is-Sidra being made one- way, going up from Triq is-Swieqi to Triq il-Qasam, with the exception of the stretch between Triq il-Gabillot and Triq is-Sirk.
