Woman critical after falling off bus

A 38-year-old German woman is in critical condition after falling off a bus that was still in motion.

The accident occurred shortly before 5 p.m. in Eucharistic Congress Road, Mosta.

The woman hit her head against the pavement after falling fall off the bus which was still in motion.

The police are trying to establish whether the woman jumped to get off the bus or whether she fell.

Police Inspector Paul Bond is investigating.
