The Malta Institute of Management distributed certificates to successful participants in a training course for estate agents, the first of its kind in Malta.
The course was organised by MIM and the Federation of Estate Agents to promote and develop the management profession in Malta.
The course was specifically designed for local estate agents and property negotiators. In all 34 participants attended the course and finished successfully.
Subjects covered were various, ranging from selling psychology and skills to property differentiation, legal aspects and financing.
Following the success of the first course, a second course commenced on March 26.
The number of participants this time went up to 39.
