Ukraine's IBF world heavyweight champion Vladimir Klitschko will defend his title against American Lamon Brewster on July 7 in Cologne, Klitschko's management said.

Klitschko, who has a record of 48 wins and 43 knockouts with three losses, last defended his title in March when he beat American Ray Austin on a technical knockout in the second round.

He won the title last April by defeating American Chris Byrd.

Klitschko, 31, was knocked out by Brewster in April 2004, a defeat that cost him the WBO heavyweight title.
