A two-session training event held last month in collaboration with MISCO is a first for Junior Chamber International (JCI) this year. The training was intended for employers and the general public, particularly students wishing to understand better competency-based interviewing in the context of the local job market. Interactive and well-attended presentations for participants were delivered by the MISCO Selection Team.
