Twenty BoV Club members have won a mobile phone each following their participation in a BoV mobile top-up promotion. The competition was open to BoV Club members in conjunction with Go Mobile and Vodafone.

The competition was open to BoV Club members attending a post-secondary institution or University with a regular stipend directly credited into a BoV account. Ten winners, who are Go Mobile subscribers, were presented with a Go Live phone including Lm5 free talk time, while another 10 Vodafone subscribers received a 3G phone and six months of free access on the Vodafone Max Value Student Plan.

Presenting the prizes at the BoV Centre in St Venera, Julian Curmi, head of Multi-Channel Banking at BoV, said: "BoV has a strong reputation of being the leader in the provision of technology-based services. The top-up services we are offering through our ATMs and to our Internet Banking subscribers are just two BoV services intended to offer customers a more straightforward and efficient service. Customers stand to benefit by taking advantage of the full potential that alternative banking channels offer, and we are pleased to note the excellent usage rates registered by students using these channels".

BoV Club members benefit from a tailor-made personal banking package, with various financial services and added value benefits for students at various levels. BoV Club members can also participate in various activities and competitions organised regularly.
