There is more good news for Internet users as Maltacom's Internet arm, Maltanet, has upgraded the download usage levels for its customers, at no additional cost.
In addition to upgrading the speed of its entry-level Internet service speeds, Maltanet has announced that all four Mbps broadband services have been upgraded: the 1 Gigabyte (GB) accounts are being upgraded to 2GB, the 8GB accounts to 10GB, the 12GB accounts to 16GB and the 20GB accounts to 30GB every month.
All users were automatically upgraded to the new monthly usage levels at no extra cost. The upgrades further confirm Maltanet's position as the leading Internet provider in the local market.
"The initiative is in line with Maltanet's drive to deliver only the highest quality and best value services developed to meet and satisfy our customers' expectations," Maltacom's Gordon Dimech, head of the Consumer Segment commercial team, said. "We have invested in cutting edge technology as the platform for state-of-the art products and services."
"Our ongoing strategy to offer outstanding service at cost-effective prices underpins the extent of our customer centricity and our commitment to increase the level of broadband usage in the Maltese community. As a result of the upgrades, our broadband products are a cut above any others available in the market. Maltanet is determined to continue to enhance the service for the benefit of our customers," Mr Dimech added.
New customers can take advantage of new special offers that include free activation and use of modem.
