Replicas of the Good Friday statues of Mosta are being displayed within the setting of a miniature church at 58, It-Torri Street, Mosta.

It took Carmelo Camenzuli 20 years to finish the 11 statuettes that depict, among others, the Last Supper, Christ carrying the cross, the crucifixion and the Resurrection.

Mr Camenzuli is still working on the church model in which the statuettes are exhibited. Having started work on the model about 15 years ago, he had to take a break in order to mount the exhibition.

The display is open today from 5.30 to 11 p.m. and tomorrow between 9.30 a.m. and noon and from 4 to 10.30 p.m.
