I have read many letters in The Times complaining of the service Maltapost provides.

I would just like to say that I have lived in Gozo for 15 years and receive many parcels from the UK. In all this time only two parcels have gone missing and one arrived a month late.

Considering the 15-year period, I would say this is a very good record, and who's to say that it was the fault of Maltapost that these two parcels didn't arrive? I have always found the workers at the post office extremely helpful and friendly and would like to say it is much appreciated and keep up the good work.
