Fees for counselling services for children in Church homes will be partly supported by the HSBC Cares for Children Fund (HCCF).

Over the past four years over Lm15,000 have been donated towards this cause by the fund. This year, HCCF will be contributing a further Lm5,000.

Besides offering shelter and long-term care to children, the homes are committed to help the children overcome psychological difficulties. Most of the children in these homes attend individual sessions to help them improve their skills. They also take part in group sessions like drama therapy.
