The New Jersey Nets solidified their hold on a play-off spot in the Eastern Conference with a 118-94 win over the slumping Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.

The Nets moved into seventh place in the East standings by a half-game over Orlando, with New Jersey now two games clear of the Pacers and the New York Knicks for the final play-off spot.

Indiana's play-off hopes continue to fade having lost 16 of their last 18 games and 10 straight on the road.

Rookie Josh Boone scored a career-high 22 points and had 10 rebounds for the Nets.
