The theatre group Dwal Godda will present Martin Gauci's play Bluha? at Gharghur on Sunday.

The aim of Dwal Godda is to present contemporary life in its cultural setting in an ensemble of dance, song and different uses of lighting techniques; all of which will be incorporated in the traditional Maltese ritual of the Good Friday period.

The setting is an open-air stage in the Gharghur church square.

The author moulds a group of 10 homogeneous actors out of the thoughts and feelings of individuals he meets in the streets.

Like every human being living in today's world and age they want to be practical and efficient but it seems to them that this man called Jesus cannot be considered practical, in his thoughts and actions.

The author poses a series of questions which will lead to a personal search for answers.

The first part of the performance will start at 5 p.m. while the second will follow the traditional Good Friday procession at about 8 p.m.
