Illegal parking by tourist coaches

The illegal parking by tourist coaches in 16th September Square, Mosta at the front of The Cornerstone Complex has regretfully resumed and continues unabated.

It seems nobody in authority, not the Mosta local council nor the police, nor the MTA and nor the ADT are solving this serious problem. Consequently what one has here in the square is frustrated car drivers who get blocked in by the tourist coaches, which, incidentally, also block the way into The Cornerstone Complex car park.

You also get a lot of frustration, anger and swearing in front of the tourists, and it is not surprising that tourists are being given a very negative impression of how badly disorganised things can be here. This maladministration has to stop.

The Mosta council, the police, the MTA and the ADT must find a solution and stop the illegal parking by the tourist coaches once and for all.

I hope this letter will be taken in the right spirit and that it will lead to the competent authorities taking action and allocating proper parking bays for these tourist coaches.
