The French Week at the University of Malta campus is in full swing and will run until Friday.

The Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC) of the French Embassy is meeting Maltese students and offering information about opportunities that France proposes through Erasmus exchanges and other higher education programmes.

French language bursaries are also on offer.

A number of exhibitions are displayed around the University, while Campus FM is transmitting French themed programmes. A French film is being screened every day.

French and Maltese academics are meeting to discuss the possibility of agreements on a project on environment and groundwater, European research programmes, and translation and interpretation.

Conferences are also being given by French experts mainly in the field of international relations, law and the European Union and globalisation.
