TV documentary nets best director award

A One TV documentary production called Tal-Qadi Stone netted the award for the Best Director - Documentary in the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival earlier this month.

Tal-Qadi Stone by Chris and Maurice Micallef was the only Maltese entry in the festival, which screened 88 productions from around the world. The festival serves as a platform for film-makers to promote their productions and as a window of opportunity to develop business contacts. This award is the third in a row won by One TV in this festival.

Tal-Qadi Stone will be screened on One TV on April 8 at 9.30 p.m.
