With reference to the article which appeared in The Times on March 23 regarding the award of the Midalja ghal Qadi tar-Repubblika to Carmen Testa, it must be pointed out that Ms Testa was awarded the honour on December 13, 2005. However, she was unable to come to Malta to receive the award and Deputy Prime Minister Tonio Borg presented the medal to her during a visit to Australia last week.

The picture carried with Fr Victor Zammit McKeon's letter entitled A Deserving Project, last Saturday, was of Dar Nazaret, in Zejtun, which is run by Dun Ang Seychell, and not of Jesus of Nazareth Institute, also in Zejtun, which Fr Zammit McKeon was referring to.
