The Malta Institute of Health and Safety has won accreditation for the international version of the UK's National Examining Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH), a leading awarding body in health and safety qualifications.
Its courses set the standard for anyone who is concerned with health and safety at work, the institute said.
Building on years of success with its general certificate, NEBOSH recently introduced the international version of this qualification.
The institute is now accredited to offer the international certificate. The next course will begin in mid-April and will run over 13 days, spread in half-day sessions on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
