The European Documentation and Research Centre (EDRC) with the support of the European Commission in conjunction with the Malta European Studies Association (MESA) and with the kind assistance of the French Embassy in Malta, is organising a lecture on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, St Julian's.
