Homes of Quality at top UK exhibition

Grahame Salt recently attended a high profile international property exhibition at the Grosvenor Hotel, Park Lane, London.

Several countries were represented at the exhibition, including Spain, Portugal, Greece, the US, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Dubai, among others, all of which were competing for British clients looking for holiday homes, investments overseas and even permanent residences abroad.

"We always experience serious competition at these property exhibitions, but Malta competes well, especially since we are able to offer increasingly better quality developments and additional benefits that other countries cannot, including our tax regime for foreign residents, political stability and general lifestyle," Mr Salt said.

"Malta and Gozo unfortunately lack serious overseas marketing and the islands' exposure is very limited. Developers of the larger local projects need to allocate budgets for promoting their properties overseas in order to build up awareness among overseas buyers and investors."
