Members of the public who have made written submissions will be informed in writing of the final decision taken on the application.
If it becomes apparent, during the assessment of the application, that there are changes to the proposed development that may make the proposal acceptable, the applicant will be advised in writing of these or if necessary invited to a meeting to discuss the amendment of the proposal.
When revised proposals are submitted during the assessment of an application, members of the public who have made written submissions on that application within 15 days from the press date will be notified of the amendment.
When an application is recommended for refusal or for a conditional approval, the DPA report will be sent to the applicant/architect prior to a decision being made. The applicant will be given 30 days in which either to accept the changes proposed in the conditional approval or to make a written submission to rebut the recommendation for refusal or conditional approval.
