• Applications validated by the Planning Authority will be available for inspection at the Planning Shop. The public may inspect the application form (and any supplementary documents submitted with the application form) and the site plan. Architects may also inspect the detailed plans on presentation of a written request to do so. This written declaration will be kept on record in the relevant file..

• Details of all valid applications will be advertised in the press and on the web site (www.mepa.org.mt). If amended plans are received which substantially alter the nature of the development (especially in terms of its scale or use), the application will be re-advertised in the press.

• The public may, within 15 days of the press notice, submit written submissions on the application. In the case of objections, these must be based on issues relevant to planning and contain a reasoned justification for the objection. This submission will be taken into account during the consideration of the application.
