Impeccable service

On behalf of St Catherine's High School, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Corinthia Jerma Palace Hotel for the impeccable service they have always offered our students and staff. I have been taking groups of senior girls for overnight stays at the Jerma Palace Hotel for weekends of interpersonal activities over the past two years.

We have always been made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff at the hotel. The receptionists were always ready to greet the students with a smile. At the restaurant, the girls always felt at home, not only because of the generous and hearty meals, but also because of the people waiting on them who always treated them with the utmost respect and gentleness. The persons in charge of security were always very attentive to our needs and were just a call away if we needed them. The animation team was exceptionally creative and entertaining, always ready with a variety of fun-filled team-building games. I must say there was always a lesson imparted to the students, along with a small prize.

Last but not least I would like to thank Rita Sciberras, the sales executive, who made this all possible by helping us in the organisation and technical details.

It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to the Corinthia Jerma Palace Hotel - and to the staff.
