Pharmacists and Pharmacy students are meeting today at 9.30 a.m. at Mater Dei Hospital in the vast foyer. The occasion is the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the foundation of the Malta Pharmaceutical Students Association (MPSA) at the closing session of the Pharmacy Symposium. The session will also include a talk on Art and Pharmacy and the presentation of medals to two pharmacists in recognition of service rendered to Pharmacy.

The presentation will be followed by a reception and music entertainment performed by pharmacy students in honour of the Fifth Year students who have presented their outstanding projects during the past week. Students and their guests will also be able to tour the new hospital.
