With the start of both the Formula One and Moto GP racing championships, Go Mobile is offering a regular news update service on either (or both) racing series. As an added bonus, each subscriber also has the chance to win an all-inclusive trip for two to the Italian F1 GP at Monza.
According to John Farrugia, Go Mobile's business development manager: "We believe in offering added value to our subscribers and since in past years the Formula One SMS updates service had proven to be very popular, this year we decided to extend the service to the Moto GP races."
Subscribers will receive regular news updates during the race weeks as well as during weekend race events, totalling a minimum of 15 text message updates a week.
How to subscribe
Send a blank SMS to 50700380 (for F1) or to 50700385 (for Moto GP). This will guarantee regular updates throughout the first nine races of the season - Go Mobile will send subscribers an SMS to remind them to re-subscribe for the remaining half of the season after the expiry of the first subscription.
"Each subscription costs Lm3 and those who subscribe to the whole season of any event will automatically take part in the competition for the trip for two to the Monza GP. The subscriber whose number is drawn by the automatic system will also be required to answer a skill question correctly."
