This case is proving to be rather drawn out. Letters have been exchanged by both parties, apparently without any results. The last letter we received was sent by the complainant, Peter Farrugia, on October 30, 2006.
On November 15, we sent a copy of it to John P. Farrugia, general manager of J.F. Motors Ltd, and asked for his comments, but we had no reply. On December 13, we sent Mr Farrugia another copy of the letter and asked for his comments, still to no avail. Subsequently we sent J.F. Motors Ltd two more copies of the letter on January 3 and again on February 14, still to no avail.
I appeal to J.F. Motors to co-operate with a view to finding a mutually agreed upon conclusion to this drawn out pending case.
