EMCS in association with the Federation of Real Estate Agents is organising the island's first national real estate forum designed to provide all those who are directly or indirectly related to this industry with a clear and indicative overview of the real-estate sector in Malta.
The forum will also serve to portray scenarios of future performance and product positioning through the intervention of expert speakers from various backgrounds including bankers, economists, property developers, real-estate agents, architects/designers, legal and financial professionals and insurance brokers.
The main areas of discussion will include professional economic and financial assessment of the real estate sector in Malta, the scope for new design features, urban planning as well high-rise developments in Malta, international demand for property in Malta and linkage with the financial services industry.
The forum's main sponsors are Bank of Valletta, HSBC and BAWAG (Malta). A number of other organisations and institutions are supporting this event including The Times, Competitive Malta, AX Holdings, Dhalia and Middle Sea Insurance.
The one-day forum will be held on March 28 at the Hilton Conference Centre.
