Arraigned over domestic violence

A 40-year-old Briton was yesterday granted bail after being accused of attacking and repeatedly beating his wife.

The man was further accused of threatening his wife by placing a chopping knife against her neck at about 3.30 yesterday morning.

Police Inspector Paul Bond prosecuted.
