In both the L-Istrina and the current half-price offer by Virtu Ferries, it is clearly stated in the conditions of sale, point number 9: "This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by Virtu Ferries".

This is, of course, common travel practice. Clients cannot avail themselves of a discount on an already discounted ticket.
