String players will be meeting in Malta between April 8 and 15 to rehearse and perform.

Musicians hailing from the Royal Academy of Music, London, the Royal College of Music, London, the European Union Chamber Orchestra, the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, the London Symphony Orchestra, the Stockholm Mozart Orchestra, the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra, the Fibonacci Sequence Ensemble, London, and the Gulbenkian Orchestra, Portugal, will be giving master classes and workshops as well as conducting, coaching, leading and performing alongside a string orchestra.

There will be two daily concerts, during a week-long festival, held in collaboration with the Manoel Theatre and Heritage Malta.

Applications are invited from solo musicians and string ensembles. All participants will rehearse and perform in the string orchestra and audition for daily public master classes.
