Swieqi one-way system

It's not so much as to eliminate the one-way system adopted recently in Swieqi as to go about it more sensibly and alleviate stress for residents.

Triq is-Sidra needed attention - granted. And if it were divided in two instead of three different directions, it would have provided a convenient and efficient way out into Swieqi Road, instead of diverting vehicles smack into an area which slows traffic at the best of times, let alone when visitors drive through.  

Everybody knows why. Years ago we accepted the logic of one-way up from the valley, turning into Triq is-Sidra to head home. Now we have to drive even further to make the loop home - only to face the ridiculous last part to aggravate matters. 

Come on, apply some psychology and spare us all the unnecessary stress.  After all, nobody mentioned cheaper fuel or compensation for it.

We don't expect this system to be scrapped, just modified wisely.
