Matthew Piscopo, 32, of Qormi, was arraigned yesterday over forcing a person to commit something against his will, threatening another person, damaging private property, firing a shotgun and breaking the peace. He was also accused of causing slight injuries on another person, with relapsing, being in possession of firearms without a police licence and not covered by third party insurance, and being in possession of protected stuffed birds. He was refused bail. Inspector J.J. Borg prosecuted.
